As the ATO Director of the Phoenix Program Tactical Intel and Analytics Team, I lead a skilled team of analysts who integrate advanced analytical modelling with intelligence insights to detect high-risk phoenix behaviours in a timely manner, enabling effective interventions. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation Studies, a Graduate Certificate in Business Public Sector Management, and a qualification in Data Literacy and Decision-Making. My expertise lies in utilising data-driven insights to support program goals, while ensuring effective decision-making in addressing complex issues related to Phoenix activity.
