Ilro Lee is the Director of Data, Intelligence & Analytics at Building Commission NSW, where he leads the commission’s data and intelligence function and oversees the delivery of data-driven compliance programs across the construction sector. He is responsible for building multidisciplinary teams and embedding analytics into regulatory decision-making at scale. He holds a PhD in Management and specialises in statistical modelling and applied analytics. His background includes experience as a political campaign consultant in the United States, including work on Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.
