Victoria Pye

Victoria Pye is Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics at the NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 data, engineering, governance and analytics professionals. With over 16 years’ experience across regulation, government and public health, Victoria has driven modernisation programs, uplifted data governance and operating models, and improved the use of analytics in complex, high-stakes environments. She is a trained biostatistician and experienced transformation leader with a strong focus on people, culture and capability — and is passionate about building modern data functions that are technically credible, trusted and value-driven.
